At Pack & Portco, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@packandportco.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@packandportco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@packandportco.com
