At Pack & Portco, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items. International shipping may become available in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
Affordable shipping option for non-urgent orders. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
Faster delivery for when you need your items sooner. Additional fees apply.
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Our fastest shipping option for urgent orders. Premium rates apply.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our current promotions for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipment.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (holidays) may affect delivery times. Signature may be required for high-value orders.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order by contacting support@packandportco.com.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management. Contact us at support@packandportco.com if you still can't locate it.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@packandportco.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Delayed Shipments: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
International Orders
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Any expected delays will be communicated on our website.
